3-Year International Guarantee
At TEMPUS, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Every watch includes a 3-year international guarantee covering manufacturing or component defects.
What is covered:
- Internal mechanical or movement faults due to assembly issues
- Component malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects
What is not covered:
- Wear and tear from daily use
- Broken components due to impact or misuse
- Scratched or cracked glass
- Worn or damaged straps, missing screws or pins
- Faulty clasps caused by incorrect handling
- Water damage, as we cannot verify adherence to the announced water-resistance limitations (3 ATM)
Please note: TEMPUS watches are rated 3 ATM, protecting against minor splashes (e.g., hand washing). They are not suitable for showering, swimming, or full submersion.
How to activate your guarantee:
- Email geral@tempusmods.com with a detailed video demonstrating the issue.
- If video diagnosis is not possible, we may ask you to send the watch to us for inspection.
If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the faulty component free of charge, as quickly as possible. If not covered, we offer a cost-effective repair service.
